NIRI
NIRI is a professional association of corporate officers and investor
relations consultants responsible for communication among corporate
management, the investing public and the financial community. With over
5,000 members in 35 chapters around the country, NIRI sets the highest

engaged in the field.
NIRI
offers an extensive professional development program including seminars on
a wide range of topics to create and enhance professional competence among
members. Each June NIRI's annual conference attracts a full third of the

NAIC
NAIC is a national, non-profit organization of investment clubs and
individual investors, based in Madison Heights, Mich. Founded in 1951,
NAIC is dedicated to providing a sound program of investment education and
information to help its members become successful, long-term, lifetime
investors. NAIC is considered the pioneer of the modern investment club
movement in the United States as well as the voice for the individual
investor.
NAIC

NYSSA
Since 1937, the New York Society of Security Analysts (NYSSA) has educated
and inspired investment professionals, providing them with a unique forum
for the exchange of ideas and information. NYSSA was founded by Benjamin
Graham (among others), the 'father of security analysis' and one of the
most influential men in the history of finance. Membership is over 8,700.
NYSSA
establishes and maintains the highest standards of professional ethics,
strives to improve analytical technique, and promotes awareness and
understanding of the function of security analysis, investing and the
operation of the securities markets. Our members are recognized as
ethical, knowledgeable members of the investment decision-making
community. As a not-for-profit educational organization, NYSSA's twin

CIRI
The Canadian Investor Relations Institute is a professional, non-profit
organization of executives responsible for communication between the
public corporation, investors and financial communities. CIRI's mandate is
to meet the educational and professional development needs of its members.
In
1990, NIRI Canada was established as an advisory and support organization
for the Canadian chapters of the National Investor Relations Institute
(NIRI). In 1992, NIRI Canada was renamed the Canadian Investor Relations
Institute. CIRI, governed by a Board of Directors, is a not-for-profit
organization based in Mississauga, Ontario and is dedicated to advancing
the practice of investor relations, the professional competency of its
members, and the stature of the profession

The Investor Relations Society is the UK’s professional body for
Investor Relations practitioners. The IRS’s membership base comprises
individuals working both for listed companies and their advisers, and
